Ingredients
Coriander, Red chilli, Cumin, Roasted Chana Dal, Turmeric, Caraway, Kasuri Methi, Garlic, Black Salt, Stone Flower, Dry Ginger, Pepper, Cardamon, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mustard, Nutmeg, Bay Leaves
- Clean and cut 800g mutton. Marinate with 1/2 cup curd, 2 tbsp Aruna A-1 Mutton Masala and salt to taste.
- Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a vessel and fry jeera (1 tbsp).
- When it starts spluttering, add chopped onions (250g). Fry till golden brown.
- Add 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- Stir for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes (300g) and 3 tbsp Aruna A-1 Mutton Masala.
- Continue frying till masala leaves the oil.
- Add the marinated mutton. Cook till it is soft (add water if necessary).
- Adjust the seasoning and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
