Ingredients
Tamarind Powder, Red Chilly, Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Dry Mango Chips, Clove Leaves, Kachri,Pomegranate Seed, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel Seeds,Black Cardamom, Dry Ginger, Mace, Turmeric, Cardamom Seeds, Mint Leaves, Mustard, Ajwain, Hing
- Soak 1 Cup of Kabuli Chana (white chickpeas) overnight.
- Cook and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp Jeera.
- Once it starts spluttering, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir for a while.
- Add 2 chopped onions and 2 big chopped tomatoes.
- Stir well till this mixture turns soft (add water if necessary).
- Now add 2 tbsp Aruna A-1 Chhole Masala Powder, cooked chana, salt to taste, and 2 split green chillies.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Tastes good with bhaturas, chapatis, parathas, poori & rice.
