Recipe for Aruna Mutton Masala
Marinate with 1/2 cup curd, 2tbsp ARUNA A-1 MUTTON MASALA and salt to taste.
Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a vessel and fry jeera(1 tbsp).
When it starts spluttering add chopped oninons (250g). Fry till golden brown. Add 2 tsp ginger – garlic paste.
Stir for a minute, add chopped tomatoes (300g), 3tbsp ARUNA A-1 MUTTON MASALA.
Continue frying till masala leaves the oil.
Add the marinated mutton.
Cook till it is soft (add water if necessary).
Adjust the seasoning, garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
