Chicken – 1kg
Ghee
Cloves
Curry Leaves
50g Aruna Chicken Sukka Powder
Onion – 1
Ginger
Tarmarind Juice
Garlic
Coconut

Recipe for Aruna Chicken Sukka

Marinate 1 kg chicken with 40 g Aruna Chicken Sukka / Curry Powder and tamarind juice for 30 an Hour.
Then cook the same till chicken is half cooked and keep aside.
In a separate vessel, fry 2 sliced onions in 3-4 tbsp of ghee until brown, add 7-8 crushed garlic cloves ½ and inch of crushed ginger and sauté, add 2 springs of curry leaves,1 grated coconut(medium size) and sauté till coconut turns slightly brown.
Now add the half cooked chicken ,mix well and cook till done on a medium flame stirring occasionally and Serve it Hot !
