- In a cooking vessel add 3tbsp oil, Add 2-3 crushed garlic pods, 2 springs curry leaves and saute until golden brown.
- Add 1 finely chopped tomato and saute until they turn mushy.
- Now add 1 slit green chili and mix well.
- Add 500g chicken and cook until tender.
- Now add 3 tbsp (80g) Aruna A-1 Chicken Pulimunchi Paste and stir well.
- Add 1 cup water (150ml) and cook till done.
