Ingredients
Coriander, Red chilli, Cumin, Roasted Chana Dal, Turmeric, Caraway, Kasuri Methi, Garlic, Black Salt, Stone Flower, Dry Ginger, Pepper, Cardamon, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mustard, Nutmeg, Bay Leaves
- Fry 2 big chopped onions till golden brown.
- Add 3 big chopped tomatoes and 4 tbsp Aruna A-1 Egg Masala Powder. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 4 boiled eggs (8 halves), water to required consistency, salt to taste and 3 slit green chillies. Cook till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, rotis, chapatis or bread.
