Red Chilli, Garlic Flakes, Salt, Coriander, Dry Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Poppy Seeds, Fennel, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cloves

Marinate 1kg chicken (Tandoori medium pieces) with 7Tbsp of curds and 80g Aruna Tandoor masala powder)

Keep for half an hour

Grease the marinated chicken with ghee and grill it in oven or tawa fry the marinated chicken using ghee.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon.

Do not add salt at any stage of preparation.
