Ingredients
Red Chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cumin, Mustard, Fenugreek, Fennel, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Poppy Seeds, Star Anise, Garlic Flakes, Curry Leaves, SaltRecipe:
- Add 2 tbsp oil in a cooking vessel.
- Add 4 finely chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
- Add 1kg chicken and stir well till it is cooked.
- Add the entire contents of this packet and stir well.
- Add water if required.
- Finally, add 2 cups of grated coconut and cook till done.
