Ingredients
Red Chilli, Coriander, Tej Patta, Cumin, Mango Chips, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Triphala, Turmeric
- Cook and mash 1 cup of vegetables (carrot, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, capsicum).
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp jeera.
- When it starts spluttering, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 big chopped onions.
- Stir till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes and stir well till the mixture turns soft.
- Now add the mashed vegetables, 1/2 tsp Aruna A-1 Chilly powder, 1tbsp Aruna A-1 Pav Bhaji Masala, water to required consistency, and add salt to taste. Cook till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped raw onions.
- Relish with bread or pav.
