Ingredients
Red Chilli, Coriander, Poppy seeds, Cinnamon, Pepper, Fennel,Turmeric, Cardamom, Clove, Star Anise
- Fry 3 chopped onions till golden brown.
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes and fry for a while.
- Add 2tsp Aruna A-1 Chilli Powder.
- Add 2 tsp Aruna A-1 Garam Masala Powder and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 300 gms boiled vegetables of your choice to this mixture.
- Add water to required consistency, salt to taste and cook till done.
Aruna A-1 Garam Masala Powder can also be used in preparations like Samosa, Cutlet, Tomato Bhath, and Usual Pulao.
