Ingredients
Red, Garlic, Pepper, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Poppy, Star Anise, Cardamom
- Marinate 500g of chicken for one hour with juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp Aruna A-1 Chicken Masala, 2 tsp Aruna A-1 Chilly Powder and salt to taste.
- Fry 3 big chopped onions in 3 tbsp refined oil till golden brown.
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tsp Aruna A-1 Coriander Powder, 2 tsp Aruna A-1 Turmeric Powder, and 2 tsp Aruna A-1 Chicken Masala.
- Let it simmer and saute for 10 minutes so that it blends well.
- Add the marinated chicken (add water if required).
- Cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, chapati and paratha.
