Ingredients
Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Mustard, Poppy seeds, Cardamom, Clove
- Marinate 1 kg meat with 3 tsp Aruna A-1 Bafat Powder, salt to taste and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Fry 2 big chopped onions in 5 tsp refined oil till transparent.
- Add 3 chopped tomatoes. Saute for 5 mins.
- Add 8 flakes of garlic and fry for 2 mins.
- Add 2 tbsp Aruna A-1 Bafat Powder.
- Fry till it gives off an aroma. Add the marinade, adjust to required consistency.
- Cook till the meat is tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
