Ingredients:
Red Chilly, Salt, Corn Flour, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper
Recipe:
- Make a thick paste using the contents of this packet and sufficient water.
- Apply this paste evenly to the pieces of fish (1.5 kg) and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Deep fry in oil till done.
- Do not add salt at any stage of preparation.
