Red Chilli, Coriander, CashewnutCumin, Black salt, Kasuri Methi, Dry Ginger, Cloves, Mustard, Cardamom, Ajwain, Cinnamon, White Theel, Fennel seeds, Mace, Nutmeg.
- Clean and cut chicken (800g) into medium size pieces.
- Marinate chicken with Aruna A-1 Chicken Kabab Masala (5 tbsp), ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp), yoghurt (2 tbsp), egg (1), cornflour (1tsp), chopped coriander leaves, lime juice (1) and salt to taste. Keep it aside for an hour.
- Deep fry the marinated chicken in medium hot oil or cook in a tandoor.
- Serve hot sprinkled with onion salad and mint chutney.
